The Sarabande Washable Flatweave Rug takes the language of antique Persian and baroque floor coverings and gives them a deliberately aged, distressed quality.
Designed by Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, the digitally printed design features a central floral medallion, scrolling corner motifs and an ornate border, all rendered with a washed-back finish that suggests decades of history the rug has not actually had. It is the kind of pattern that looks as if it was inherited rather than ordered online.
