Arts and Crafts Meets Everyday Living

The Hedgerovia Washable Flatweave Rug takes the intricate scrolling botanicals of the Arts and Crafts tradition and brings them into a practical modern floor covering.

Designed by Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, the digitally printed design fills the surface with dense, swirling acanthus leaves in layered botanical tones. The result is a rug with genuine visual depth and a classical sensibility that holds up at any size and suits rooms with a traditional, collected aesthetic.

Traditional Pattern, Modern Practicality

The 100% polyester flatweave is machine washable and equipped with anti-slip backing, making it as practical as it looks handsome. At 2mm deep it lies flat on hard floors without lifting at edges and handles the demands of living rooms and dining areas without specialist care.

A hallway runner in the same design carries the Arts and Crafts aesthetic all the way to the front door, creating a consistent and characterful scheme throughout the home.

Two Colourways With Very Different Characters

Forest-green brings a rich, earthy quality that suits Arts and Crafts, English Country and biophilic interiors, pairing naturally with dark timber, aged brass and terracotta. Dark teal-blue shifts the same pattern into a more atmospheric, evening-room register, ideal for studies, dining rooms and living spaces built around a moody, grown-up palette of velvet and burnished gold.

Versatile Sizes and Accent Options

Choose from 4 sizes to suit your preferred room layout to find the perfect match for your existing décor scheme.

Who is Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen?

Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, a household name in British interior design since his breakthrough on BBC’s Changing Rooms, brings his trademark theatrical maximalism to floors with his statement rug collections.

As one of the UK’s most recognisable design personalities, his rugs reject minimalism in favour of rich textures, "casual glamour", and opulent details. Every design serves as a conversational centrepiece, moving away from subtle floor coverings to embrace bold self-expression.
